This weekend my family and I went to Annapolis, Maryland to visit family and attend a Navy football game. Before the games we always do tailgates with the best food. My aunt always makes a crab dish that is devoured in minutes. It is the best crab dip in Maryland. My aunt finally allowed me to have the recipe and gave permission so I can share with all of you. Here it is:
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 a pint of low fat sour cream
1/3 a cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of worcheshine
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
6 shakes of hot sauce
1 teaspoon of Old Bay
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound of Backfin Lump Crab Meat

  1. My husband would love this! What do you scoop it up with? Tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers, any bread?

    1. You can use crackers, wheat thins, triscuits, etc. as long as you can scoop it.
